Hawaii is one of my favorite places in the world. I love the beauty and the serenity of these majestic islands. Many of the pictures I have in my collection are pictures from trips to Hawaii.

Surfboards are everywhere in Hawaii. When I saw this surfboard rack on Waikiki beach, I was drawn to the colors and designs of the boards, and together, they came to look like a work of art.
In Hawaii, one of the staple flowers of the Hawaiian lei is the plumeria. This bunch of freshly bloomed flowers was a perfect opportunity to capture the natural beauty of the plumeria.
I was so happy to see how this picture turned out. I guess it is possible to take great, fun pictures even in my own back yard. A new re-purposed bird feeder on a beautiful summer day was the prime spot for this chickadee!
One of the most magnificent times in Hawaii in when the sun goes down. The Hawaiian sunset is one of the mose beautiful sights. Every night can provide a different spectacular work of art, spanning every color of the rainbow.
On the island of Maui, the Road to Hana is a "Must-Do" for any visitor. With the ever-changing lands, every trip can be very different from the next. This waterfall was a great stop on our tour to Hana.
